Design Leadership: Led visual and motion design for multi-modal window management system across gaze, controller, and hand gesture inputs
Stakeholder Management: Collaborated with stakeholders and leadership to secure design approvals and align on interaction paradigms
Cross-functional Partnership and alignment: Partnered with Product Designers, Unity prototypers and input engineers to spec, implement, and validate interaction behaviors and visual affordances
Implementation Support: Provided detailed motion specifications, visual assets, and real-time feedback during technical integration
